This image for me tells a story, all through simplicity; often, less is more! The photo is perfectly framed and well done for positioning the subject, where you see his silhouette perfectly.

I really love the framing through the fence. It gives the photograph a great depth of field, focussing on the buildings. The line game is also incredibly strong here, with the buildings and cars going towards the building.
